1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This document governs the use of the website www.retrotour-madrid.com, owned by Retro Tour Madrid, located at Calle Bailén 278. By accessing and using this website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using the services offered.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
Retro Tour Madrid offers experiences and sightseeing tours in an electric Ford T. 3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Bookings must be made in advance and will be confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received. Payment can be made via credit/debit card or, if the booking is requested via phone or WhatsApp, it can also be paid in CASH to the guide after the tour. In some cases, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the service: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show: No refund. Same-day booking: • If the booking was made on the same day and canceled less than 2 hours prior to the tour's start or if there is no-show within the first 20 minutes from the tour's start without prior notice, the amount paid will not be refunded. • If the booking was made on the same day and canceled more than 2 hours before the tour starts, a 50% refund of the amount paid will be issued. If Retro Tour Madrid cancels the service due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, a new date will be offered or a full refund will be provided.
5. USAGE RULES AND LIABILITY
Users must respect safety rules and follow the instructions of the driver/guide. Retro Tour Madrid is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the tour. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to misuse.
6. DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), Retro Tour Madrid guarantees the confidentiality and security of personal data provided by users. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
7. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Retro Tour Madrid reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on the website and will take effect upon publication.
8. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
