This policy regulates the terms of cancellations and refunds for services offered by Retro Tour Madrid. By booking a tour, the user agrees to the terms outlined below. 2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

2.1. Advance Cancellations

- More than 48 hours before the tour: 100% refund of the amount paid. - Between 48 and 24 hours before the tour: 50% refund of the amount paid. - Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund will be issued.

2.2. Cancellations for Same-Day Bookings

If the booking was made on the same day and canceled less than 2 hours prior to the tour's start time, or if there is no-show within the first 20 minutes from the tour's start without prior notice, the amount paid will not be refunded. If the booking was made on the same day and canceled more than 2 hours before the tour starts, a 50% refund of the amount paid will be issued.

3. CANCELLATION BY RETRO TOUR MADRID

Retro Tour Madrid reserves the right to cancel a tour under the following circumstances: -Adverse weather conditions preventing the tour from taking place. -Force majeure or circumstances beyond the company's control. -Technical issues with the vehicle preventing the service. In such cases, the client may choose between: - Rescheduling the tour to another available date. - Receiving a full refund of the amount paid.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the request. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the booking. If payment was made in cash to the guide, the refund will be processed via bank transfer (the client must provide their banking details).

5. MODIFICATIONS AND CONTACT
