When you submit a booking request we process your name, email, phone number, preferred tour, date/time, guest count, and any message you provide.

If you accept analytics cookies we may collect anonymized usage data via Google Analytics 4.

We process booking data to respond to requests and deliver the tour (contract / pre-contractual steps).

Analytics cookies run only after consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent anytime via Cookie settings.

Booking records are kept only as long as needed for the service, accounting, and legal obligations.

We use processors such as email delivery providers and analytics (if consented). We do not sell personal data.
